His Story.

Derek Pham was born and raised in Columbus, OH where he resided with his father and younger siblings until early teenhood. By the age of 15, he’d moved out on his own and replaced school with work. Being forced to grow up so quickly, he learned and mastered the art of hustle and sales and worked his way into management with a National Electronics retailer by the age of 19. Derek relocated to the DFW Metroplex in 2006 and never looked back. Steadfast and street-smart, this young salesman carved a name for himself in the car industry and then ventured into Merchant Services where he later became Director of Sales for a Fortune 500 Company. He took the transferable skills acquired in Corporate America and applied them when he joined his wife Chauncey in Real Estate to complement her retail sales business with investments in November of 2018. By November of 2019, Phamily Capital Partners, LLC was full boar with acquisitions, 7 Figure Revenue, and record-breaking profits and continues to scale to this day. In addition to flipping homes, Derek is the owner of Funding Plug, LLC – a mortgage company and partners in multi-family syndicates and other investment outlets. He resides in the DFW Metroplex with his wife Chauncey and children – Fiona & Enzo.
